How did you land your current position?

Project H.O.M.E. emailed the Sociology department about an opening. The sociology department made majors aware of this opening and how to apply.

What is some advice that you would give to students who are currently searching for internships/who are about to do their first internship?

My advice would be to look for internship/job opportunities with organizations that you support and have a mission statement that you are passionate about. It is always fun to work for an organization that aligns with your values and is working towards a cause you are interested in.
