Brief Description: The Hertz Foundation provides unique financial and fellowship support to the nation’s most remarkable PhD students in the applied physical, biological and engineering sciences. This five year fully funded fellowship is based on merit (not need) and consists of cost-of-education allowance and a personal-support stipend.  

Eligibility: for undergraduate seniors or first year graduates, must be a citizen or permanent resident of the US, limited to the physical and biological sciences, mathematics and engineering

Selection: Applications are due Oct. 27th, 2017, finalists notified the end of January
