It is the ultimatly responsibility of each student (not the SJU Fellowships Office) to verify the deadlines listed for each fellowship / scholarship / summer internship, since deadlines listed below are subject to change periodically by the granting foundation. It is IMPORTANT for a student applying for a fellowship, scholarship or summer internship to begin the application process way in advance of the deadline, in order to have all the necessary documents ready for submission in proper order. It is only courteous to request letters of reference at least 6 weeks to a month in advance of when they are needed.
