Briefly describe your position/opportunity.
"I am responsible for the payroll activities at The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS). I am responsible for all compliance activities related to our retirement plans (403(b), Roth, & Safe Harbor), medical benefits, and other benefits. I also manage other projects, such as Open Enrollment, Total Compensation Statements, and creating salary bands."

"I first learned about PHS through Indeed, where I originally applied for my internship."

"The Managing Human Capital program prepared me significantly for the role I hold and prepared me for my future career."
Did you participate in any experiential learning activities (internship, co-op, study abroad, etc.) while at SJU?
"I held a human resources internship at The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society the Summer and Fall of my Senior year. I also worked at a law office each summer as a human resources and bookkeeping intern each summer."
