What is your role at the company? What are your responsibilities, day-to-day assignments?
"Right now at Rittenhouse Reality Advisors (RRA) I serve a few different roles. I have been working directly alongside one of our managing partners to help him with scheduling, organization and also managing the deals that he has listed which includes hosting tours and assisting with due diligence requests. This has involved a lot of face to face interaction with small and large multifamily owners alike. My second role is that of a market analyst which is similar to the role I served as an intern during the summer of 2018. When I am in the office, I assist the team in putting together the analytics needed to effectively market a deal."
How did you obtain your position? Did the SJU RE&C Alumni Board / SJU RE Society help you?
"I initially interviewed at RRA during the spring of 2018 for an internship by asking the Alumni Board questions and eventually got an interview. I interned during the summer of 2018 and I decided that RRA was my best opportunity to learn the business quickly and to make my own living."
How did the SJU RE&C Alumni Board / SJU RE Society help and prepare you for success in the position?
"I would not have received any of these opportunities had I not gained exposure to our society's board."
Did the company offer you a full-time position post graduation? What are your future plans?
"Yes, I am currently working full time at RRA. I plan to learn and build my book of business as a broker here."
