Briefly describe your position.
"I am working as a Digital Delivery and Data Project Manager at CSL Behring, a global biotechnology leader and manufacturer of plasma remedies for rare and serious conditions. In my current role, I am responsible for acting as a strategic partner and liaison between the various internal and external teams. My core responsibility is to interact with the Global Executive Leadership Team to identify and understand the business requirements pertinent to the company’s strategic objectives and providing them viable solutions and support in road map identification using my diverse business experience, digital technology, data analytics approach and problem-solving skills. I am fortunate enough to work for an organization, which is driven by its values and promise to save and improves lives using the latest technologies."
How did you learn about this position?
"On a personal level, I enjoy meeting new people and building a professional relationship so this helped me throughout my program to network with people from different parts of the world which includes my classmates, professors, employers, and friends. Since day one of my MBA, I created a profile on Handshake and marked my calendar for various career events, career fair and so on. Other than that, I have constantly used LinkedIn and other online platforms to follow the companies and stay current with the industry news. These all helped to grow my network and that is how I landed in various internships and even in my current role."
How has your SJU education impacted your position or professional goals?
"SJU has pushed me beyond my limits and exceeded my expectations in providing me with strategic acumen in the different areas of business. The MBA program has prepared me to be a successful leader in the competitive international corporate world. The professors, students from diverse backgrounds, and industry-specific courses are what set the SJU Data Intelligent MBA apart from other programs. During my MBA, I have gained tremendous knowledge, expertise in the latest tools and technology along with profound personal and professional development. SJU has given me an opportunity to learn, meet people from all over the world, and magnificent life experience."
Did you participate in any experiential learning activities (internship, co-op, study abroad, etc.) while at SJU?
"Yes, throughout my MBA I got an opportunity to be part of various Fortune 100 companies for an internship, part-time and full-time roles working in different domains including Sales, IT, Legal and Healthcare. These roles include work in diverse areas such as Data Science, mining hidden data trends for business improvement, crafting Executive Summary BI Reporting Dashboards, Predictive Analytics, Software Development, and Project Management. My work included Client Interactions, Business Analytics, and Strategic Business Design and Organization Management. Additionally, I have been awarded the Graduate MBA Academic Leadership Award which is the highest recognition at St. Joe’s a graduate student can receive."

"With my MBA degree, I was able to advance my career and enhance my managerial, analytical and interpersonal skills. The Data Intelligence MBA program provided me with a unique opportunity to utilize various skills and to solve a complex business problem using my technical and business skills. For instance, in my current role, I apply my strategic thinking to set up the overall process to improve the organization’s capabilities of utilizing data and help the company to move the business forward."
