• Apply findings to inform current inclusion work, develop strategic priorities, and create an Inclusive Excellence Blueprint for all areas of the institution

The study helps us support the University’s commitment to be an inclusive and diversity community that educates and cares for the whole person. The results of the assessment will provide a baseline to understand how members of the campus community experience the environment and relate with one another. We will use this information to enhance approaches that are shown to be successfully meeting the needs of the community and to develop programs and policies that will address problematic areas.
