The Office of Teaching & Learning supports the pursuit of teaching excellence by fostering reflection and campus-wide conversations about teaching and encouraging the adoption of practices that enhance student learning. The OTL sponsors programs which help the faculty to reflect on their own teaching and learn from the experience and diversity of expertise of colleagues.
