It evolved from five individuals; William Butts of Butts Barbershop, Morgan Cephas, formerly of Councilman Jones\u2019 office, Gerald Murphy of the Wynnefield Overbrook Revitalization Corporation and NazAarah Sabree, City of Philadelphia, Department of Commerce.
