Wynnefield Plaza (Wynnefield & Bryn Mawr Avenue)

Since 2013, WORC has worked with a variety of partners to evaluate the need to redevelop the property at 2231 Bryn Mawr Avenue which is the old Leof’s building.

Construction began in 2014. In the fall of 2016, Premiere Urgent Care opened it’s doors on the first floor. Also, tenants began moving into the 12 lofts located on the second floor. Talks are ongoing for additional businesses to occupy other available spaces in the building.
