Wynne Senior Residences
In 2014, WORC partnered with Pennrose Properties to redevelop the property known as the Wynne Ballroom. Through this partnership, the team was awarded a Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority's RFP to develop the site into a 51 unit senior housing facility. With additional partnerships and tax credits, Pennrose received an Office of Housing and Community Development CDBG grant for $2 Million. In May 2017, the new Wynne Senior Residences celebrated its grand opening. This project cost $16 Million.
