Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets Donation
WORC was proud to partner with State Representative-Elect, Morgan Cephas and the Urban Affairs Coalition on November 21, 2016 to donate and deliver 100 Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets to residents at the Wynnefield Place Apartments and to parents whose children attend Laboratory Charter Elementary and Gompers Elementary.

In October, WORC donated 25 stuffed book bags to the Laboratory Charter School on 59th and Woodbine Avenue in Wynnefield. WORCs Director of Planning and Development, Kim S Cooper, was greeted by 1st grade students along with Principal Sterling Garris and CEO Stacey Cruise.
