ANNUAL WELLNESS FAIR
Holistic health is critically important to your success here at SJU. At the beginning of the semester, we hope all students can take time to focus on your own personal wellness by attending the Wellness Fair and reflecting on the impact of your life experiences on your overall wellness. Wellness is more than just eating right or working out; there are 6 dimensions of wellness including physical, mental, spiritual, professional, financial and social. Each aspect of your life is impacted by every other dimension of your life as each dimension of wellness intersects with the others. Balancing each of these areas to ensure you focus on all is a critical concept to a healthy lifestyle.
