Any student is welcome to make an appointment or to stop in during normal office hours, Monday- Friday 9:00-5:00. When available, a staff member will direct you to the best resources to serve your concerns.
WADE is committed to provide education and resources to students. We are qualified to consult with students on information specific to health and wellness. We are not a treatment center but can refer students to the counseling center, student health center or to off-campus resources.
To request a program, please complete this form and a WADE staff member will respond within 72 hours of your request.
Regardless of who is asking you to complete it, simply visit this website for instructions on completion.
If you are an athlete taking this online assessment as part of your education prior to a WADE presentation, you will be asked which presentation group you are in – be sure to know that number and fill it in properly or you will not be counted as complete.
If you are sanctioned through Community Standards or taking it as training through Residence Life or another department, you will be required to write down the User ID number given upon log in. That will be your confirmation of completion.
You will be required to complete the online course called Think About it by the deadline. Not completing this course is not an option. There is a much shorter Part 2 of this course that will be due in December and an even shorter follow-up called Part 3 due in April. You will be required to complete all 3 parts of this course to be considered complete.
