A Day of Service is an opportunity for first year students to come together as a group and give back to the greater Philadelphia area. Whether it is picking up a rake, shovel, paint brush, or simply using their muscle, students will be able to see first-hand the impact they can have on their community.

Participants will work alongside and interact with other first year students, upperclassmen student leaders, alumni, and Saint Joseph‘s University employees. The magis calls us to live greater and a Day of Service provides first year students with a unique opportunity early on in their Saint Joseph‘s University experience to do so. We hope you will join us.

The Day of Service will be held at Gorgas Park in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

Transportation, equipment, food and water will be provided - all we need is you!
