Mission Statement

As a standing committee within university governance, the Personnel Compensation Committee (PCOMPCOM) strives to promote the voice of all staff and administrators in discussions concerning compensation, benefits, and other relevant human resources concerns.


Our Purpose

PCOMPCOM supports the aforementioned constituents by making recommendations, consistent with the Ignatian ideals, to the University's Planning and Budget Committee (PBC) and when necessary to University governance.

Interested in joining the team?
We are looking for both staff and administrative employees from all departments who can support PCOMPCOM by making recommendations, consistent with Ignatian ideals, to the University governance.

Meetings are open to all university staff and administrators. Check with a current member to verify date and location.
