Briefly describe what you do in your position.
"I provide accounting and pricing services for institutional investors, conduct daily calculation of the net asset values of Vanguard’s mutual funds, and I calculate investable cash and moving money between custody banks. I also manage financial and compliance reporting for the funds, oversee bank balance and relationship management, and administer securities lending."
How did you first learn about your current position?
"I saw the job posting on the Career Development Center's website, which led me to apply through Vanguard's website. After an initial phone interview, I went to Vanguard's campus for a couple of rounds of interviews."
How did your SJU education impact your position?
"My finance and accounting classes helped me to become familiar with the industry and enhanced my understanding of the various and different aspects of the business world."
Did you participate in any experiential learning activities while at SJU?
"I interned with Blue Bell Private Wealth Management, and the United States Secret Service."
