"The Sales Associate program involves a four-year rotational program, with relocation each year. First year is Sales Associate, second year is Account Manager, third year is Brand Analyst, and the fourth year is custom designed position based on my interests."
How did you first learn about or get connected to your opportunity?
"I got it through Handshake! I applied online and then met them additionally at the Career Fair in the fall."
How did your SJU education impact your position or professional goals?
"My SJU education is the entire reason I was able to obtain the first step in my professional goals. The classes through the Food Marketing Department are exactly what employers look for and want, especially in the consumer packaged goods industry. Without my degree in Food Marketing, I would never have been exposed to the concept of working for PepsiCo. My Leadership, Ethics and Organizational Sustainability degree is what it means to live in a global, new world. The rules around ethics and sustainability are changing, and the job market needs people that can think this way."
