A Typical Day
"My typical day is anything but typical. I partner with the US Commercial Operations team on providing Compliance advice. My day can range from providing feedback on Salesforce Incentive Compensation plans, to contracting with HCP for speaker programs and privacy issues with our patient call center. I am also a team member on future based projects related to aligning data from R&D through to Commercial which is exciting. Each interaction I have makes me draw on my years of pharmaceutical experience and the knowledge I gained from the Saint Joseph’s University EMBA program."
What advice do you have for those interested in pursuing an EMBA?
"Do it! You will have no regrets! Make the program your own and be sure to know how you plan on applying what you are learning back into your company’s setting."
How did your SJU education impact your position or professional goals?
"My Saint Joseph's University degree gave me the confidence to broaden my understanding across the business areas. I gained experience in the major functions. I apply the critical thinking skills I obtained to implement new innovative ideas."
