How do I setup my TV and what channels are available to me?

You spoke and we listened! HBO, Cinemax, Logo, NBA TV have been added to your channel lineup. Some TVs require a bit of setup beyond just plugging it in and instructions can be found here.

This year, we’ve also introduced a new streaming service called Stream2. With Stream2 you can watch TV on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablets and Amazon Fire TV. Set up your account, and begin watching TV today!

Where can I go for answers to other questions?

Our Knowledge Base has articles that answer a variety of questions that you may have concerning technology. If you need help connecting to the wireless, accessing The Nest, or need to know how to access your courses, you can visit our Knowledge Base and look to see step-by-step instructions on how to set things up.

I still need help.

If you’ve searched the knowledge base and still have questions or need help with something that’s broken, you can request assistance directly from IT by using our Service Catalog. To submit a request for assistance visit sju.edu/it. Once you’ve submitted the request, a technician will be in touch.
