As part of our telephone system upgrade, the Office of Information Technology will be installing new software on Friday, July 27 from 7—9 a.m. This will impact ALL campus phones.
During this outage window, no dial tones or other telephony services will be operational. This means that no calls may be placed or received. Menus, voice messaging, and any call routing or other features will also be out of service during the outage.
**Please note that Office of Public Safety and Security dispatch phones as well as all alarm panels and emergency phones will also be non-functional during the outage. In the event of an emergency, please contact 911 on your cell phone.
