The Information Technology Department recently made changes to the rules on our spam servers in an effort to ensure that all legitimate e-mail is delivered to you. In doing so, we have seen an overall increase in the number of spam messages making their way to your inbox. Over the next several months, we will be monitoring these rules and making changes as needed to be sure that your e-mail is delivered to you and we continue to prevent as much spam as possible.
Please remember that the SJU Helpdesk will never ask for your password. If you do respond to an e-mail with your credentials, please reset your password immediately and contact the Helpdesk at 610-660-2920.
