Help Desk Service: Anytime, Anywhere

24×7 Phone Support

We are pleased to announce that the Office of Information Technology now provides Help Desk phone services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through our partnership with Sungard Higher Education, a person is available at any hour of the day to answer your call and assist with basic questions or simple problems, like accessing Blackboard or resetting your password. Just call the main IT Help Desk number 610-660-2920.

Geared primarily toward supporting students and faculty during non-business hours, 24×7 phone services can help with small problems. If they cannot solve the issue over the phone, a ticket will be entered into our system and get routed to a full time staff member to address it during the next business day.

IT Support Portal

Coupled with the IT Support Portal (available at http://www.sju.edu/it), students, faculty, and all employees of SJU can get access to technical support, technology resources, IT news, and status updates of previous issues and requests reported to the Help Desk anytime, anywhere.
