The Student Inclusion and Diversity Council (SIDC) exists to foster inclusion and diversity at the University, to raise the visibility of underserved and underrepresented groups, and to foster caring for the whole person in alignment with the university’s mission to improve the common good. In order to do this work, the council:

  • Advises the President’s Council on Inclusion and Diversity and the Office of Inclusion and Diversity (OID)
  • Facilitates connection, dialogue and collaboration among student organizations
  • Leads inclusion-related awareness and advocacy initiatives
