Groundbreaking for the Post Academic Center and Learning Commons

The groundbreaking for the John R. Post ’60 Academic Center and the John & Maryanne Hennings Post Learning Commons took place on Wednesday, November 10 on a beautiful fall afternoon. Library Director Evelyn Minick served as master of ceremonies, introducing University Student Senate President Kelly McGlynn, faculty member Randall Miller, President Lannon and finally, Maryanne and John Post. In attendance were classmates from Mr. Post’s SJU class of 1960 as well as several members of the Board of Trustees.

Drexel Library open until 2am!

Thanks to the generosity of the University Student Senate, Drexel Library will once again be open until 2am beginning this Sunday, October 24. These hours are in place until December 12, at which point we will  begin our 24/7 hours for finals.    (Exception: Thanksgiving Week)

These extended hours are sponsored by the University Student Senate and Drexel Library.

Please Note: There will be no assistance from Library staff from midnight – 2am.

Valid SJU ID is required to enter the Library. Security escorts are available by calling x1111.
