The students have spoken!

The Drexel Library staff would like to thank all of the students who participated in our survey earlier this semester! Here are some highlights from our findings along with our responses:

Students would like the Library to be open later on weeknights. We are doing something about that! We extended our hours until 2:00 a.m. after spring break, and are going to be open 24/7 for finals week.

The percentage of students feeling safe in the Library is up dramatically from previous surveys. We’re glad you feel safe here!

On the topic of improving our book collection: we were surprised that the most frequently mentioned subject was…. Popular Reading/Fiction. Check out the McNaughton Collection of current popular books at the entrance to the Library Cafe.

We understand that you find the Library’s temperature uncomfortable sometimes. Remember, we work here every day! We are anticipating improvements with the completion of the new Learning Commons.
