Course Reserves

Course Reserves are materials that your instructors have requested the Libraries make available for your entire class. These materials might be books, book chapters contained in books, movies, music or computer software.

Articles and other items may be electronic reserves, also known as "e-Reserves." E-Reserves are available online from any computer, but due to copyright restrictions, access will be through your Canvas or D2L class.

Search Primo in Advanced Search mode and select the radio button for "Course Reserves" (rather than the default "All Materials").  Searchable fields include Course Name, Course Department Name, Course Instructor, and Course ID.

Items that are on Reserve may be checked out, using your SJU ID, at the Library Service Desk on the campus where your class is held. The borrowing period varies from in-house use only, overnight, three days, or seven days.
