The Library’s collections consist of print, microform, audiovisual, and electronic materials, and artifacts. The collections are developed and maintained according to the Collection Development Policy, and primarily support the instructional and research needs of the SJU curriculum.
The general Circulating Book Collection, classified by topic, is located on all three floors of Drexel Library. These books can be borrowed by SJU students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Electronic resources include ebooks, online journals, research databases, and streaming audio and video. Access to these materials is restricted to current SJU students, faculty, and staff. Off-campus use requires logging in with your SJU username/password.
University materials kept as part of SJU’s historical record, and a variety of other rare and unique books, manuscripts, and artifacts, and a scholarship database of SJU faculty publications and scholarly activities
Food Marketing curriculum and research materials including current industry information, trade publications, market research reports, and books, journals, and databases on all aspects of the food industry
Media Collection - CDs, DVDs, videotapes, and streaming audio/video
Microforms Collection - Books, journals, newspapers, and magazines and ERIC documents in microfilm and microfiche formats
Popular Reading (McNaughton) Collection - Recent non-fiction and fiction, including mystery, romance, science fiction, and thrillers
