Rising Junior and Senior (current Sophomore and Junior) students who are interested in living in on-campus housing may participate in either of the following selection processes.

  October 28: Junior/Senior Community Housing Tours

  November 12th: Junior/Senior Housing Information Table
  • 4pm-6pm: Campion Hall (Across from Saxby's)

  November 20th: Merion Gardens & Townhouse Space Retention Walk-In Hours

  • Stop by for general information or to retain your space (if your apartment is eligible for retention)
  November 21st: Space Retention & Selection for current Merion Gardens & Townhouse Residents

  December 2nd: Junior/Senior Housing Information Table

Exclusive Housing Options for Juniors and Seniors

The Office of Residence Life is excited to continue offering our Upperclassman Communities in Merion Gardens Apartments and Morris Quad Townhouses, available exclusively to Junior and Senior students with additional benefits not available in other on-campus housing options:

  • Residential parking
  • 12-month availability
  • Greater independence within the community

All other on-campus benefits will still be available, including:

  • Proximity to campus and campus transportation
  • 24-hour Public Safety and Maintenance Staff
  • University internet access and IT helpdesk staff
  • Cable
