In order to provide an efficient and safe move-in process, students will register for a 1-hour move-in appointment. Students will receive an email to their SJU email account with more information about this process and instructions to secure a move-in appointment.
- Students may be assisted by up to two family members/helpers during their move-in appointment.
- Due to limited move-in times and continually changing needs related to COVID-19, students are encouraged to pack light and bring only necessary items to campus this year.
Note- Fall Semester 2020 begins on Monday, August 24.
Drop & Go
In order to physically-distance move-in and provide students and their families some flexibility in arriving to campus, we will need many of our students to participate in a "Drop and Go" process before move-in weekend. This process will allow students to receive temporary access to deliver most of their items to their room prior to their move-in day. Drop and Go appointments will begin on August 10. More information about this process, including appointment scheduling, will be available soon.
Early Arrival Requests
Early Arrival requests are for students who need to stay on campus prior to their published move-in date. This form is for those interested in applying for approval to arrive early on campus due to special circumstances. Residence Life will be approving student on a limited basis and valid reason only.
