Erin (Breault) Hannon
Erin (Breault) Hannon started at E&J Gallo Winery nearly 18 years ago, right out of Saint Joseph's University, as a sales representative in NH. Over the years, she has held several sales positions in numerous markets.
In 2008, Erin moved to NY and worked inside the wholesaler as the first woman manager in Upstate NY to manage the Gallo portfolio. She was then promoted to the state manager of Upstate NY where she helped manage $70M in revenue. In Erin’s last role, she managed the Winery’s on-premise business for MA, NY, CT and NH.
In 2018, Erin accepted the position as Director of Recruiting, US Sales. In this role, she sets the recruiting strategy for Sales at the Winery. Erin and her team of eight recruiters call on 60 campuses nationally and hold approximately 2,000 campus events each year looking for the best and brightest to join Gallo’s Leadership Development Program. Erin also oversees the summer internship program as well as the company mentor program.
She has received high accolades for making large diversity strides in the sales organization, but it is being able to come home to SJU that has made her most happy!
Erin grew up in Monmouth County, NJ and graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Marketing in 2002. She was the valedictorian of her class. She currently resides outside of Buffalo, NY with her husband, Brett, who owns and operates an excavating company-Hannon Site Development. Still, her biggest accomplishment is her role as mom to her three boys: Jack (9), Blake (7) and Tommy (2).
