The Live Nation Philly marketing department is looking for a highly motivated, creative sophomore or junior who possesses strong written & communication skills as well as a passion for the music industry. At minimum, the candidate should also posses basic graphic design skills. This internship can be used for college credit or possible stipend per semester.
Assist the digital media aspect of concert marketing including but not limited to: managing social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, etc.), finding interesting & dynamic online content (videos, photos, articles, etc.), writing copy, graphic design, updating websites.
General office duties such as filing, organizing invoices, etc. also apply.
In addition to general office hours, candidates will need to be available on some nights and weekends. Candidates must have a car or an easy way to get to Bala Cynwyd and venues around the city
Strong organizational skills/work ethic
Strong writing skills
Photoshop Skills (Resizing images, collages, editing photos, reformatting layered artwork)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong familiarity with social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, instagram, pinterest, etc.)
Available 15 – 20 hours a week
Experience with Final Cut/Video Editing is a plus
Experience with HTML/Web Design is a plus
Experience with Photography is a plus
