It all starts with you!  The Career Development Center has a variety of resources, tools and staff expertise which will lead to exciting discoveries to help inform your future career direction.

Reflecting on your personality, skills, values and interests is a first step toward gaining personal insight on what works for you.

The Jesuit principle of “living the magis” calls you to look inward, reflect on your choices, and choose to live greater, not only for yourself, but also for those around you. The Career Development Center supports you in this lifelong process of personal discovery and discernment.

We offer some of the best-researched personality and interest assessments to help you discover who you are and what you’re most passionate about.  Each assessment requires two individual counseling appointments; the first to determine the context for the assessment and the second to interpret your results.

An in-person or virtual appointment with a counselor can help get the process started: (610) 660-3100

Average Time: 30 minutes

The MBTI measures psychological preferences in how you perceive the world and make decisions.   You’ll answer questions related to how you deal with the world, how you gather information, and how you make decisions.  The results provide a comprehensive description of your individual type and how it affects Career Exploration.
