Learner Experience Designer

Karen Pinto describes herself as a wife, a mom of two crazy toddlers, and an ever-evolving designer. In 2003, she graduated from Philadelphia University, where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Graphic Design Communications. Additionally, Karen holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.

Karen has been working at Saint Joseph's University for over eight years. Her Learner Experience Designer role at SJU combines her talents, skills, and love for design and training by collaborating with faculty, staff, and students through the learning design process. Yes, she is a geek!

Through Saint Joseph's University, Karen has had four awesome experiences advising groups of students traveling all over the country doing week-long service trips building houses with Habitat for Humanity.
