Stephanie Perruzza is a New York-based dietitian working as a Health & Wellness Specialist for KIND Snacks. As KIND’s in-house RD, she serves as a credible nutrition spokesperson, provides strategic nutrition counsel across KIND’s Marketing and Product Development teams regarding health and wellness strategies, manages health and nutrition influencer relations as well as developing and enhancing nutrition and health-focused messages.

Earlier in her nutrition career, Stephanie worked as a mixed medical/oncology dietitian at Northern Westchester Hospital and developed hospital-wide wellness programs and monthly features on the hospital’s From the Expert’s blog. She has been a contributing blogger for Toby Amidor Nutrition and held internships with Ketchum PR and Every Day with Rachael Ray Magazine.

Stephanie is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and various Dietetic Practice Groups. She completed her B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics along with her M.S. in

Nutrition & Food Sciences from the University of Rhode Island with her thesis research focused on eating rate and ghrelin concentrations in college-aged females.


Meghan Novoshielski

Sr. Nutrition Analyst


Meghan Novoshielski joined Wawa in 2016 as the Senior Nutrition Analyst within the Product Development Team.  Meghan is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist with experience in clinical nutrition, clinical operations, and product development. She is a key contributor to managing the implementation of Wawa’s food policy initiative and fresh and healthy product innovation. These initiatives are focused on evolving product quality in the areas of wellness, sustainability, clean labels and animal welfare.

Prior to joining Wawa she managed initiatives within the Research and Development department at Nutrisystem where she was responsible for product and program development as the lead nutrition expert. During her time Nutrisystem she managed initiatives including product updates to remove artificial ingredients and reduce sugar and sodium, as well as the launch of a health care professional outreach program.

Meghan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University and lives outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her family.

Meredith McGrath

RD, LD, Corporate Dietitian

Redners Market

As Redner's Markets' Corporate Dietitian and Marketing Specialist, Meredith directs the HealthCents and TasteStation programs to increase incremental sales and enhance current marketing efforts. Working closely with food industry partners, she creates individual marketing programs to best meet the needs of partner brands through in-store promotional events, print materials and social media.

Prior to working in the Supermarket industry, Meredith has spent her career in Clinical Dietetics. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian, Dialysis Dietitian and Clinical Nutrition Manager. She has taught Nutrition Courses at both Alvernia University and Pennsylvania State University Berks Campus.

She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is involved in dietetic practice groups that support her area of practice: Food & Culinary Professionals (FCP) and Dietitians in Business and Communications (DBC). She has a Bachelor's in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from University of Pittsburgh

Kyle Kirkpatrick has worked for Giant/Martins for the past 22 years. He is currently the lead of center store merchandising (DSD).  He started in the stores as a grocery clerk. Following college at Bloomsburg University, he transferred into the corporate office in Carlisle. While working in the office, he earned an MBA from Penn State University. Kyle has held a number of positions within the following areas: pricing, supply chain, merchandising, and planning/negotiations.
